#Movie spam#

There are many many movies coming out in the near future (or are already in cinemas) that I'm really looking forward to seeing.
Anyways - trailers trailers trailers:)

The first time I saw this trailer was in spring,it was showed before TBTR.
And I almost had tears in my eyes, from a freaking trailer! That has never happened to me before, ever!Which shows just how important music is to a movie. And the soundtrack of this film IS amazing!
So either I was in LaLa land back then or this will be a fuckawesome movie:)
It is based on the very popular children's book by Maurice Sendak and the director is Spike Jonze.
Spike motherfucking Jonze. *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel*

Johnny Depp + Tim Burton=PURE WIN

Joseph Gordon-Levitt..um, wow, i like the husky voice..very much so:D
"Boy meets girl.Boy falls in love.Girl doesn't."

"In the post-war, pre-Beatles London suburbs, a bright schoolgirl is torn between studying for a place at Oxford and the more exciting alternative offered to her by a charismatic older man."
So, will it be education by books or life experience..

"A young girl who has been murdered watches over her family--and her killer--from heaven. She must weigh her desire for vengeance against her desire for her family to heal."
Peter Jackson.Peter Jackson.Peter Jackson.
x100.
I have to get my hands on the book as well!!

"Iraq. Forced to play a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse in the chaos of war, an elite Army bomb squad unit must come together in a city where everyone is a potential enemy and every object could be a deadly bomb. When a new sergeant, James (Jeremy Renner), takes over a highly trained bomb disposal team amidst violent conflict, he surprises his two subordinates, Sanborn and Eldridge (Anthony Mackie and Brian Geraghty), by recklessly plunging them into a deadly game of urban combat. James behaves as if hes indifferent to death. As the men struggle to control their wild new leader, the city explodes into chaos, and James true character reveals itself in a way that will change each man forever."
This is supposed to be one of those good movies very few know about. Why?Ask the asshats over at Suckmit (Summit) Entertainment.I swear to god that company doesn't know it has a good movie in their hands until it's already too late.Sheesh, way to ruin the chances at the moronic February/March shenanigans.

"A collection of stories directed by a diverse group of filmmakers including Mira Nair, Brett Ratner, Allen Hughes and Natalie Portman.Sexy, funny, haunting and revealing encounters unfold beneath the Manhattan skyline. From Tribeca to Central Park to Brooklyn the story weaves a tale of love as diverse as the very fabric of New York itself."
NY&Ethan Hawke=Phoenix - 1901

"Benjamin (Michael Angarano), home-schooled by his eccentric mother (Jennifer Coolidge), is a loveable loner whose passion for writing leads him on an offbeat and hilarious journey as his story first gets ripped off by the legendary fantasy novelist, Ronald Chevalier (Jemaine Clement) and then is adapted into a disastrous movie by the small towns most prolific homespun filmmaker."
Half of FOTC - JEMAINE!..
But i don't know what the eff is going on with this movie..Is it so bad it unintentionally becomes funny or is it just bad, or is it very good with a kooky vibe?!..hjelp!
The tit dart was cool though:)

"A desperate father takes his ten-year-old son, Chook, on the run after committing a violent crime. As the two journey into the desert and an unknown future, their troubled relationship and the need to survive sees them battling the elements and each other. Chook eventually takes control and the choice he is forced to make has a devastating effect on both their lives."

"Ryan Bingham is a corporate downsizing expert whose cherished life on the road is threatened just as he is on the cusp of reaching ten million frequent flyer miles and just after hes met the frequent-traveler woman of his dreams."
This one has garnered some pretty positive buzz for the award season..hm

"A traveling magician sells his daughter to the devil in exchange for a life of extraordinary powers."
My kind of a movie

"The story of a secret unit within the US Army called the First Earth Battalion, whose paranormal military ideas mutated over the decades to influence interrogation techniques at Guantanamo Bay."
Hello, Ewan Mcgregor, seems like you made an awesome movie:)

"A grieving couple retreat to Eden, their isolated cabin in the woods, where they hope to repair their broken hearts and troubled marriage. But nature takes its course and things go from bad to worse..."
Interesting..

"Katie and Micah were enjoying a happy and carefree existence. Their future looked promising until bizarre events begin to occur at night. In order to get to the bottom of things, Katie and Micah purchase a video camera to find out what happens at night while they slept."
This one I wanna see because I'm seriously interested if the hype for this movie is just that - hype.Because it can go both ways - too far or not far enough.
Looks like Blair Witch Project in a house:)

"In 1972, a scale of measurement was established for alien encounters. When a UFO is sighted, it is called an encounter of the first kind. When evidence is collected, it is known as an encounter of the second kind. When contact is made with extraterrestrials, it is the third kind. The next level, abduction, is the fourth kind. This encounter has been the most difficult to document-until now. Set in modern-day Nome, Alaska, where--mysteriously since the 1960s--a disproportionate number of the population has been reported missing every year. Despite multiple FBI investigations of the region, the truth has never been discovered. Here in this remote region, psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler began videotaping sessions with traumatized patients and unwittingly discovered some of the most disturbing evidence of alien abduction ever documented."
Again, whether it is any good or not - who the eff knows, but it looks interesting.

The thing with these creepy ass movies is that they all put the emphasis on the fact that the movie is based on real-life events etc.And that is what makes people freak out in the cinema. It is the best method of getting viewers to identify with the character.Very effective.Works almost every time.
If the guy there had that happen to him, oh holy shit, what if I go home, into my bed..and it will happen to me too..omg omg *cue the heebiejeebies in the person's overactive brain* eeeeeeep!..shit!fuuck..this movie is SO scary..
Pssht,yeah..

Oh and on the hype thing.Slumdog Millionaire was waaaay overhyped.Seriously.
Don't get me wrong it is a good movie, and all that jazz. But for me, this is one of those examples of the buzz running too far ahead of the movie.
